In our main CrossFit Classes we will join together at the whiteboard where a coach will lead us in a warm up, explain the workout for the day, the context of the workout, help with additional modifications or scaling, and guide and coach us through the class. Classes last 60 minutes and consist of strength and cardio components each class. The workouts differ each day and follow a specific in house designed programming for measured success. This class includes weight training with a barbell as well as the learning and executing if gymnastic movements (pull ups, handstand push ups etc) as well as conditioning. All movements are modifiable to any skill level.
CrossFit Lite is similar to our CrossFit main classes, however it removes the barbell (and any olympic weightlifting) complex gymnastics movements and is more easily scalable to any fitness level, age, ability. A lot of people start with CrossFit Lite as a beginner with the desire to move to our main classes and many are CrossFit Lite for LIFE. Either way its excellent fitness with amazing coaches and that's really all that matters! These classes are 45 minutes long.
CrossFit Kids is from ages 3 years to 11 years old. We will teach the basics of safe, healthy movement as well as integrate the fact that fitness is FUN! These classes are 30 minutes long and split by age level.
